Pietro Canducci – Born in San Benedetto del Tronto on September 1st, 1974, graduated in Political Science at the University of Macerata, after a one-year Master in Marketing and Communications in Rome, he decided to move to Milan to “seek his fortune”. He spent in Milan twelve years where he collected many formative experiences working for textile, fashion, publishing and human resources companies. In June 2009, a serious car accident made Pietro re-evaluate his life and aims: he decided to give up everything and concentrate on himself and his family. In San Benedetto, he opened the Seven Rooms & Bar, the first ECO-CERTIFIED B&B in Marche, with a Bar inside using Km 0 Organic food. He realised two of his dreams: dedicating himself to tourism and hospitality (his passions since younger) and promoting the local area together with the culture of ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY and psycho-physical Well being.
Angelica Neroni – Born in San Benedetto del Tronto on August 23, 1975, once finished the school, Angelica devoted her time to family business (Neroni family opened the first Agritourism in Marche, 30 years ago), nature and country life. From her meeting with Pietro, two children were born (Giulio and Cecilia). The couple decided to live the life together and share the experience of Seven Rooms first and Villa Cri Cri B&B de Charme, now. In Villa Cri Cri, Angelica’s task is taking care of guests: she makes homemade organic breakfasts and creates an atmosphere of relax and peacefulness.
