After the positive experience with Seven Room opened in 2010 and completely renovated in 2021, Pietro & Angelica decided to further invest in quality tourism and hospitality.
In 2013 they opened VILLA CRI CRI, the first Bed & Breakfast di Charme in the Marche Region. Situated in a splendid panoramic location, their farmhouse has six rooms – all with private bathrooms – and a cozy room for organic breakfast.
Located in San Benedetto del Tronto, just two kilometers from the center and the sea, surrounded by a dreamlike setting (in the countryside amidst a large olive grove and orchard) and with a breathtaking panorama, Villa Cri Cri was born. It’s a Bed & Breakfast with an ancient flavor that adheres to the latest rules of ECO-SUSTAINABILITY, Environmental Respect and the promotion of Local products and Organic food.

Born in San Benedetto del Tronto on September 1, 1974, he graduated in Political Science from the University of Macerata. After completing a one-year Master’s program in Communication and Marketing in Rome, he decided to try his luck in Milan.
There, for over twelve years, he gained diverse and formative professional experiences in the fields of textile, fashion, publishing and human resources.
In June 2009 a serious car accident prompted Pietro to reassess his life and goals. He left everything and he decided to improve his well-being and dedicate himself to the family.
He opened Seven Rooms & Flat in San Benedetto, the first ECO- CERTIFIED and SMART guesthouse in the Marche Region. In doing so, he realized two dreams: pursuing a career in tourism and hospitality (a passion since his youth) and promoting his region with a focus on ECO-SUSTAINABILITY and overall well-being.
Born in San Benedetto del Tronto on August 23, 1975, after years dedicated to school and considering her family’s experience in tourism (the Neroni family founded the first Agriturismo in the Marche Region 50 years ago), she decided to fully commit to the family business and her love for the nature and country life. From her union with Pietro, two beautiful children were born (Giulio and Cecilia), marking the beginning of a shared life. Together, they faced the experience with Seven Rooms and now with a Villa Cri Cri B&B di Charme, where Angelica is actively involved in guest management, the homemade preparation of organic breakfast and creating the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere that is immediately felt in their establishment.
Eco-Sustainable Tourism
Villa Cri Cri is an innovative accomodation facility that adheres to various requirements related to environmental sustainability, the use of reclaimed materials, BIO-CONSTRUCTION, organic food and Local products.
The philosophy of eco-sustainable tourism is the guiding principle of Pietro & Angelica’s entrepreneurial activity. They firmly believe that this will be the future of tourism. Notably, their establishment, Seven Rooms & Flat opened in 2010 is the first ECO-CERTIFIED guesthouse in the Marche Region.
The Location
Respecting Traditions
Villa Cri Cri was built following old building traditions, using ancient materials that respect nature and people. The bricks are original and reclaimed, the flooring in the rooms and breakfast area dates back to the early 800s, the plaster is made of hand-mixed natural lime and paint is organic and non toxic.
Efficiency
This innovative accomodation is entirely energy independent. A 20Kw photovoltaic system meets its energy needs, providing 100% clean energy. Supported by a state of the art high efficiency condensing boiler, there are also two solar thermal systems for heating domestic water.
A natural water vein, through a complex system of hydraulic pumps, is used to irrigate the entire garden and, if necessary, fill the toilet cisterns in all rooms. This way, at Villa Cri Cri, we make a significant contribution to conserving an increasingly crucial resource: WATER!
