The final reservation will be confirmed upon communication from the management of Villa Cri Cri.

Rates are valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
1-night reservations are charged an additional fee of € 5.00.
RATES INCLUDE
Price is to be intended “per room” and is all inclusive of all services (listed here) like initial cleaning of the room, and the complete set of towels and linen: in case of stays longer than two days, cleaning will also be included daily, towels will be changed every two days and the linen in the middle of the week.
The price includes, in addition to accomodation, the Italian organic breakfast, final cleaning and all incidental expenses.
Full autonomy for entering and exiting the facility at any time.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
City Tax, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Booking requires a deposit of 30% of the total price. Reservation is accomplished only upon receipt of this deposit.
In case of cancellation, we will charge the following: up to 30 days from the date of arrival 30% of the total price, or withholding the advance paid; from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 60% charge; from 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
Not showing up, late arrival or early departure are compensated by the total price of the stay. Check-in from 15:30 onwards ( with the possibility of early check in, subject to availability confirmation), check-out by 10:30

For those coming from the North
Exit at the Grottammare Motorway Toll booth and continue for 5 km on the state road until you reach a traffic light in front of McDonald’s. Here, turn right and continue for 1.2 km, pass over the highway overpass and after 20 meters from a parabolic curve leading to a long straight road, turn right into Contrada Santa Lucia: Villa Cri Cri is the first farmhouse on your right
For those coming from the South
Exit at the San Benedetto del Tronto toll booth, follow the signs for San Benedetto del Tronto and enter the final stretch of the Ascoli Mare Expressway which will merge into a ramp. You must travel the entire ramp to the end where you will find a large roundabout: there turn right and continue until you find a McDonald’s on your left. After passing it, immediately turn left and continue for 1.2 km, pass over the highway overpass and after 20 meters from a parabolic curve leading to a long straight road, turn right into Contrada Santa Lucia: Villa Cri Cri is the first farmhouse on your right
