FALERIO
Falerio is a DOC wine produced throughout the province of Ascoli Piceno. Its name originates from Falerio Picenus. The wine presents itself with a pale straw-yellow color, almost crystal- clear and offers a pleasant olfactory experience with delicate scents reminiscent of immature green apples and meadow flowers.
The Falerio room, exceeding 30 mq, resembles a mini-apartment without a kitchen. Located on the first floor with an external stair for access, it comprises a double bedroom, a master bathroom in green marble – heated in winter – with a window and a Devon&Devon bathtub that also serves on a shower. Additionally, it features an entirely independent small bedroom with two single beds and a balcony offering views of the sea and the Villa’s garden.
Both rooms are fully independent with autonomous air conditioning and heating, 32” LCD TV, eco-friendly A+++ refrigerator and an Eco-phone.
The wooden floor alternates with selected marbles in the small bedroom and the master bathroom. Walls are painted with entirely natural organic paint.
Beyond its spaciousness, the distinctive feature of the Falerio room is the extensive private outdoor solarium with a superb sea view equipped with a sitting area, two sun loungers and a typical pavement and colonnade of Merche farmhouse architecture.
The room accommodates various configurations: double, twin beds, triple and quadruple, making it suitable for families, groups of friends and two couples willing to share the private bathroom.
