PICCIOLO ROSSO
Picciolo Rosso is an ancient grape variety, now extinct, that Franco, Angelica’s father, used to cultivate in the family’s land.
The room is a tribute to Franco and his youth.
Located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, the Picciolo Rosso room spans 23 mq and is equipped with windows and all amenities: 32” LCD TV, eco-friendly A+++ refrigerator, autonomous air conditioning and heating and a spacious private bathroom with untreated marble, heated during the winter season, and a Ecophon.
Furnished with antique pieces from the family collection, the room features a floor recovered from an ancient monastery dating back to the 19th century, showcasing the typical Marche terracotta with various hues reminiscent of the picturesque Picene hills.
The walls are painted with entirely natural organic paint.
The large french door provides guests with a marvelous, direct view of the sea, the port and the city of San Benedetto del Tronto. The room also boasts a private outdoor space with a delightful sitting area next to the magnificent border of roses that characterizes the Villa.
It can be used as a double or single use double.
