The Trebbiano room has view directly onto the sea and is located on the first floor, with external stairs to access it. It is 24 square metres and has a raw marbled bathroom with shower and window, ECO-phon.
It has a wooden floor, double bed, bunk bed, 32″ LCD TV, independent A/C or heating, and ECO-Fridge in A++ class. The walls’ paint is organic.
The room has a romantic balcony on the port and the town of San Benedetto del Tronto and a private outdoor loggia – typical of farmhouses in Le Marche – with table and chairs.
You can admire the view of the sea and the green countryside, where the olive grove stand, with its centuries-old trees. They provide the house’s extra virgin olive oil, used to prepare cakes, biscuits and whatever else characterises the organic and zero-kilometre breakfast served to guests.
Trebbiano can be a double, triple or quadruple room.
